adinvestor account executive - graduate opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our expanding AdInvestor Team. Based in Greater London, you will be working in a fast-moving, independent, award-winning agency with offices across the world.

You will have 6 months + experience, excellent communication skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.

The role

To support, execute and communicate digital marketing campaigns across channels –  Google, Bing, Facebook within the AdInvestor portfolio. The role will be focused on developing and making the AdInvestor user journey seamless, with automation at the forefront. The main responsibility of the role is to guide, educate and manage the assigned portfolio with the use of AdInvestor & the technology available.

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and colleagues, assisting the setup, management & optimisation of campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook ads.
  • To attend and actively take part in customer calls when required.
  • Day to day account management support
  • Utilising the reports available in AdInvestor for mass analysis.
  • Actively thinking of new ways to automate the customer success process of managing client accounts at scale.
  • Increase client usage of AdInvestor by communicating the benefits of AdInvestor and educating clients on the platform.
  • Responding to user queries via communication channels (email, WhatsApp and phone calls)
  • To understand your customer portfolio business goals and objectives, as well as their competitor landscape.

Key skills and experience

  • 6 months + experience in digital marketing is desired but not essential
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other major third-party analytics platforms
  • Google Adwords fundamental certified desired but not essential

Key competencies

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of managing customer budgets is desired but not essential
  • Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, news, data
  • Knowledge of major social media channels and advertising platforms (Google/ Bing/ Facebook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage various tasks within a given timescale
  • Strong time management skills
  • 6 months + customer service experience OR 6 months + digital marketing experience
