account strategist

We are looking for a smart, experienced & motivated Account Strategist to join our eCommerce team.

Your role will be to create and implement eCommerce growth strategies across digital channels in line with the customer’s business goals and be responsible for the day-to-day running of key accounts as well as the management of an account team.

You will ensure the client is always ahead by implementing new techniques you will learn from digital Channels & Push.
If you have 3 years + of PPC management experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure that all customer accounts managed by you have a commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of the client and Push
  • To be able to identify challenges/opportunities for customers through their digital advertising performance and implement/utilise the relevant channels to overcome these issues/maximise the opportunities, in line with customer goals
  • work closely with the Head of Channel when devising and managing advanced strategies for larger clients
  • To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your customers
  • To manage budgets in line with the strategy
  • To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your customers and achieve increases across these campaigns in traffic and conversions
  • To use a variety of Push tools, such as AdInvestor, to compile and draw insight from both company / sector-specific data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour
  • To produce and present client reports
  • To maintain regular contact with clients and provide timely and efficient responses to all customer queries

 

Key competencies & experience

  • 3 years + experience of PPC management 
  • Highly numerate with great business acumen
  • In depth knowledge of  managing customer budgets
  • Literate with the ability to produce good written reports
  • Extensive knowledge of paid search methodologies and techniques for managing search campaigns on Google & Microsoft 
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly and focus on the most relevant information for strategic development
  • Excellent knowledge of Google & Microsoft  Analytics and other major third-party analytics platforms
  • Good working knowledge of major social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn & Twitter, with experience of running paid advertising campaigns on some or all of these platforms 
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Credible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skills
