International Women’s Day takes place every year on March 8 and is a global celebration that recognises and honours the contributions of women to inspire us to create a world that is fair and equal for all genders.

In the world of digital marketing, there are many women who have challenged the status quo and made significant contributions to the sector. We could focus this post on the many inspiring women that work in digital marketing, such as Rand Fishkin, Co-founder of Moz to Susan Wojcicki, the former CEO of YouTube; but instead we are focusing on the female leaders that make Push great!

 

Jasleen Kaur Carroll – MD AdInvestor

Jas spearheads our vision to build a platform to empower all businesses to feel in control and have complete transparency of performance. She also works closely with our account management team to keep ahead through the use of technology and automation.

 

Monique Anderson – Paid Media Director

Monique is responsible for overseeing the agency’s paid media campaigns and ensuring they align with customers’ business objectives. She works closely with the account management team and uses data analysis to make strategic decisions that improve campaign performance and drive results for clients.

 

Anne Ridge – Talent & Acquisition Director

Anne is ‌responsible for recruiting ‌many of the amazing people we have working at Push. In her role, she has streamlined the recruitment process, set up graduate assessment centers and introduced a Wellbeing Program to support employee engagement.

 

Lola Fidiya – People & Culture Director

Lola is responsible for implementing our HR programs and policies, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees. She has a track record of delivering successful people strategies, training programs and diversity & inclusion initiatives.

 

Anisha – MD of Push MENA

Anisha left us to travel and work abroad and is now back where she belongs, heading up an exciting international business. She leads Push for the Middle East & North Africa regions, based in Dubai.

 

Gineke Helberg – Product Strategy Director

Gineke is responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product positioning and ensuring alignment with business goals, helping Push stay ahead of the competition and supporting our customer growth.

 

Natalia Chronowiat – Account Director

Natalia oversees the agency’s social media accounts and develops strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement. She works closely with our Account Managers to understand our customers’ goals whilst collaborating with internal teams to create compelling content and using analytics to track performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.
